Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Operating Officer to join Helias Enterprises Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead and manage senior staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
