Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Le Groupe Master is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project management plans, including detailed planning of all project activities and resources
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholder interests
  • Utilize best practices in project management, including PMBOK knowledge areas
  • Facilitate project team meetings, cross-functional team communication, and decision-making
  • Provide training to stakeholders on project implementation processes and related tools
  • Track, monitor project progress, communicate, analyze, and document relevant information
  • Ensure project closure and lessons learned
Requirements:
  • Formal training in project management
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience
  • Experience in real estate project management, mergers and acquisitions, or process improvement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Green belt/Black belt certification, an asset
  • PMI certification and knowledge of PMBOK, an asset
