Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project management plans, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholder interests
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, facilitating cross-functional communication and decision-making
  • Utilize best practices in project management, including PMBOK knowledge areas
  • Provide training to stakeholders on project implementation processes and tools
  • Track and monitor project progress, communicating and documenting relevant information
  • Ensure project closure and lessons learned
Requirements
  • Formal training in project management
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience
  • Experience in real estate project management, mergers and acquisitions, or process improvement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Green belt/Black belt certification, an asset
