Sécurité Nationale Compagnie d'Assurance, a leading provider of insurance solutions, is seeking an experienced Claims Analyst to join our team. As an Auto Insurance Advisor, you will play a critical role in facilitating and coordinating claims from start to finish.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for representing Sécurité Nationale Compagnie d'Assurance as an Auto Claims Advisor, providing advice and support to customers, and ensuring their needs are met during times of need.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support customer claims from start to finish, arranging towing, setting up appraisals, and outlining coverage under policy terms.
- Gather, organize, and verify information and documentation from all available sources to resolve claims thoroughly and completely.
- Reconcile estimates from new and preferred vendors to ensure appropriate settlements for damages sustained to customers' vehicles.
- Contribute to team productivity objectives by maintaining positive file counts and open/close ratios.
- Collaborate with internal partners, stakeholders, and external vendors, such as Enterprise and repair shops.
About You
We're looking for a skilled Claims Analyst with one or more years of claims adjusting experience, or relevant industry experience, and a post-secondary education. You should have excellent customer service skills, superior time management, and negotiation abilities.
