Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Claims Adjuster - Field to join our Quebec City branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating property damage (commercial and residential) and miscellaneous risk claims by investigating losses and negotiating settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of functional and technical experience handling property claims
  • Personal and commercial AMF license
  • Post-secondary education in an insurance-related field (an asset)
  • Experience in on-the-road expertise, including investigation and detailed reporting of property damage and miscellaneous risk claims
  • Strong IT and reporting skills, including Office 365
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team
