Commercial Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Leap Recruitment Partners Inc.

Our client is a leading insurance company that delivers innovative solutions for commercial and personal lines. They are committed to exceptional service, leveraging deep market knowledge and a proactive approach to managing risks.

The ideal candidate will manage a commercial portfolio, working closely with producers and insurance companies to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial accounts by collaborating with producers and insurance companies.
  • Oversee administrative operations, including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, billing, certificates, binders, quoting, cross-selling, up-selling, and general inquiries.
  • Represent the company at industry events and cultivate relationships with insurance carriers.
  • Utilize sales skills to grow client relationships and expand the client base.
  • Work with major insurance portals to provide comprehensive commercial insurance solutions.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • 3-5 years of insurance experience.
  • CIP or equivalent insurance designation preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
