Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Celadon Lodge. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing daily operations, and leading a team of hotel clerks.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Leadership: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for hotel clerks, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service.
- Operations Management: Maintain the efficient operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop hotel clerks in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked front desk.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and a team player.
- Permanent Employment: A stable and secure work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
- English Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime.
