Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Celadon Lodge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Team Management: Coordinate, assign, and review the work of our team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Staff Development: Hire and train new staff members, teaching them the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of our computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that we have everything we need to run our business efficiently.
As a Hotel Operations Manager at Celadon Lodge, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet the needs of our guests and our business.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
