Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at JOKO CONVENIENCE. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 people, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
