We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at JOKO CONVENIENCE. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management
- Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff members
- Market Research and Analysis
- Study market trends and consumer demand to inform business decisions
- Analyze sales data and competitor activity to optimize sales strategies
- Operational Planning
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources
- Direct and control daily activities to meet business objectives
- Customer Service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
- Language
- Fluent in English
