We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as a Data Strategy Director at Intello Technologies Inc.

About the Role

This is a high-impact position that requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving business outcomes through AI and data. As a Senior AI Transformation Leader, you will play a key part in developing and executing a data and AI strategy that drives unparalleled value for our customers.

You will support the acceleration of data and AI strategy across the enterprise to enable the organization in meeting its strategic and financial objectives. This includes devising a plan across all business units to proactively drive adoption of responsible AI and analytics, fostering AI maturity with measurable improvements and change management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of independently driving complex projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment, delivering results under tight deadlines. You will demonstrate strong understanding of technology, data science, and AI landscape with the ability to drive points of view, strategic thinking, and impact.

This role involves conceptualizing and implementing robust processes to streamline AI demand with delivery teams in an efficient and effective manner. Additionally, you will lead storytelling in executive leadership forums with presentations, articles, and communications to provide visibility and drive decision making.

$94,000 - $142,000 per year, plus 15% performance bonus or sales incentive plan.

Requirements
  • Maturity in identifying and driving strategic initiatives, anticipating interdependencies and impacts up and down streams
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
  • Compelling storytelling and presentations skills to executive audiences
  • Infectious positive and collaborative attitude while working across cross-functional teams even in stressful or pressured situations
  • A proven track record of independently driving complex projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment, delivering results under tight deadlines
  • Passion for technology and AI with agility in your way of thinking and working
  • Financial modeling and business planning
  • Flexibility, accountability, and openness to feedback with the ability to pivot rapidly
Bonus Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Information Technology Management, or Engineering; Master's degree desirable
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Management Consulting or strategy with a large organization
  • 3-5 years of experience working in Technology with senior leadership
  • Experience in developing and implementing data and AI strategies is highly desired
  • Experience defining and implementing new operating models, change management, and standing up transformation efforts
