As a key player in our visual identity and digital presence, you'll be responsible for creating compelling and visually stunning designs for various media channels.

Your role will involve developing graphics and layouts for complex marketing campaigns, logotypes, signatures, promotions, newsletters, publicities, menus, and more. You'll use your expertise in design principles, typography, composition, and color theory to bring our brand identity to life.

We're looking for a team player who can manage their time wisely, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and juggle multiple tasks at once. If you have a strong portfolio, excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

* Develop graphics and layouts for complex marketing campaigns
* Use design software to create concepts from A to Z
* Prepare visual displays for promotions or landing pages
* Manage logo and brand identity
* Create excellent designs based on layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
* Determine size and arrangement of illustrative materials
* Prepare digital graphic files for company websites and social networks
* Prepare landing pages for upcoming promotions
* Prepare designs and clear instructions for printed documents
* Coach younger staff on design responsibilities

Requirements:

* Full working knowledge of design software
* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Ability to act as your own project manager
* Expert knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, and design principles
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS/PHP/Javascript is an asset
* Team player with strong time management skills
* Strong portfolio and bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
