Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Brantford. As an independent contractor or full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to provide services to clients in their community using a client-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement treatment programs addressing physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of clients
- Collaborate with clients and healthcare professionals to develop personalized rehabilitation plans
- Utilize a variety of assessment tools and techniques to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Membership in the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Recent experience in managing patients and developing treatment plans
