Head Cleaner

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Head Cleaner to join our team at Sparkle K Cleaning Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our work sites.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of cleaners and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require attention and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities for additional services such as painting, repair work, or renovations and recommend them to management.
- Receive Payment for Specialized Cleaning Jobs: Handle payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties: Provide support and guidance to cleaners as needed to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Coordinate Work Activities with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that work activities are coordinated and that deadlines are met.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Availability for Shift or On-Call Work: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Legal Ability to Work in Canada: Be legally able to work in Canada.
- Previous Experience in the Field: Have previous experience in the field of facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Free Parking Available: Enjoy free parking at our facilities.
- Variable or Compressed Work Week: Have the option to work a variable or compressed work week.
- Permanent Employment: Enjoy permanent employment with Sparkle K Cleaning Services.
- English Language: Work in an English-speaking environment.
- 30-40 Hours per Week: Work 30-40 hours per week.
