Head Cleaner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cleaner to join our team at Serene Cleaners. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our work sites.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Oversee the work of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect and Maintain Work Sites: Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Coordinate Additional Services: Arrange for specialized cleaning services, such as painting, repair work, and equipment replacement, as needed.
- Manage Cleaning Operations: Establish work schedules, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that cleaning activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure Security and Safety: Maintain a secure and safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
