About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cleaner to join our team at Sparkle K Cleaning Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our work sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of cleaners and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities for specialized cleaning services and recommend additional work to clients.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaners as needed to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Work with other departments to coordinate work schedules and ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Availability: Willing to relocate and work a variety of shifts, including on-call work.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
