About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Head Cleaner to join our team at 2518577 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities

Lead and direct the activities of our cleaning team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Inspect Facilities for Safety and Cleanliness

Conduct regular site inspections to identify any areas of concern and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.

Recommend Additional Services

Identify opportunities for additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, and recommend these to our management team.

Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties

Provide support and guidance to our cleaning team members to ensure that they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.

Coordinate Work Activities with Other Departments

Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other operational activities.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement work schedules that meet the needs of our cleaning team and ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
