About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Scheduler to join our team at Parsons Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for executing schedule project control plans in support of contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with established WBS (Work Breakdown Structures)
  • Support the preparation of project reference schedules in collaboration with the team
  • Record all schedule project-related changes, and follow up on approvals
  • Document progress in cash flow curves, labor utilization curves, etc.
  • Monitor progress to verify if they reflect the planned value
  • Prepare various types of reports on project progress, based on established requirements in terms of content and presentation

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Technology, or a combination of equivalent skills and relevant field experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of Primavera P6 scheduling software
  • Proven track record leading a team to success
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in similar positions in planning large infrastructure, heavy civil mega projects, or large metropolitan LRT projects
