Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Lead to join our team at Pizza Hut. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to take their career to the next level.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food production. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, controlling costs, and implementing operational procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 5-10 staff members, promoting a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Control costs, balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Implement operational procedures, determining type of services to be offered and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • A valid education certificate, such as a secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
