About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at NEHA INVESTMENTS INC. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with food and supply vendors to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, including staff management and inventory control.
  • Experience: While not required, previous experience in the restaurant industry is an asset.
  • Work Schedule: This is a permanent position, working 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
