Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Western Restaurant Franchises Inc O/A A & W Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Analysis: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate our daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory to minimize waste and ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
