Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spiritual Leader to join our team at the Community Church of Christ. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our members in their spiritual journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct meaningful and engaging religious services that inspire and uplift our community.
  • Supervise and support our office and volunteer staff to ensure the smooth operation of our church.
  • Administer rites of faith such as marriages and funerals with compassion and dignity.
  • Provide spiritual guidance and support to our members, helping them navigate life's challenges and triumphs.
  • Develop and implement programs of religious education that cater to the diverse needs of our community.
  • Represent our church in various humanitarian endeavors, social services, and welfare activities.
  • Collaborate with government and other organizations to provide consultation services and promote the well-being of our community.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of spirituality and compassion within our church.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a strong sense of spirituality.
