At the Community Church of Christ, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spiritual Leader to join our team. As a key member of our faith community, you will be responsible for conducting meaningful religious services, supervising office and volunteer staff, and administering rites of faith such as marriages and funerals. You will also be responsible for performing administrative tasks, providing spiritual and moral guidance, and supervising programs of religious education. Additionally, you will represent the church in humanitarian endeavors, social services, and welfare activities, and provide consultation services to government and other organizations. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct religious services and provide spiritual guidance to members of our faith community
* Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our church
* Administer rites of faith, including marriages and funerals
* Perform administrative tasks, including budgeting and financial management
* Represent the church in humanitarian endeavors, social services, and welfare activities
* Provide consultation services to government and other organizations

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* 3-4 years of experience in a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Child Abuse Registry check and Child welfare check
* Adult Abuse Registry check

**Work Environment:**

* Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
* 35-40 hours per week
* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
