Handyman/Woman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team at K MASONRY LTD. As a Handyman/Woman, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on our properties, including making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties, including making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Work with minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Use power tools and equipment to complete tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- 5 years or more of experience in a maintenance and repair role.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Dependability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
