About the Role:
Alberta Inc. is seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team. As a handyman/woman, you will be responsible for maintaining the building’s facilities, including performing repairs, maintenance, and minor renovations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance to building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Make minor renovations, such as painting and drywall repair
- Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and initiative
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks
