About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled French speaking Technology Specialist to join our Network Provisioning team at Bell Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative network solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of network programs, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with network projects, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving Leadership: Provide expert problem-solving leadership to project teams, ensuring effective resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Project Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in the development of new processes and improvements to existing ones, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost control.
  • Access Network Experience: Leverage experience in access network to drive innovation and improvement in our network solutions.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Coach and motivate team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English, with advanced language skills required.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive innovation and improvement in our network solutions.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Management or Supervisory Experience: Prior experience in management or supervisory roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Outside Plant Installation, Maintenance, or Construction: Knowledge of outside plant installation, maintenance, or construction, with a focus on network solutions.
  • Bell Canada Systems: Familiarity with Bell Canada systems, including SAP, Legends, Network Engineer, and Martens.
  • PC Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
