Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Support Professional to join our team at YARROW LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as monitoring patients' health and reporting any concerns to nursing staff.

As a Patient Care Support Professional, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes patients' dignity and well-being. You will also participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as wound care, medication administration, and emergency response procedures.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • Education: College certificate or diploma from a recognized program (3 months to less than 1 year)
  • Experience: 1-6 months
  • Healthcare Aide Certificate
