About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Manager to join our team at PeopletoGo Inc. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing our recruiters and working closely with our account executives to place candidates in IT roles.


The successful candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting top talent in the IT industry and will be responsible for implementing and managing strategic recruitment and employment programs. You will also be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and ensuring that staffing processes align with current and future workforce needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement and manage strategic recruitment and employment programs
  • Manage a team of recruiters
  • Source qualified candidates for various IT opportunities
  • Use a variety of candidate assessment and interview techniques to search, prescreen, qualify, interview, and secure top candidates
  • Develop and implement a grading system to quantify existing resources in terms of competency and professionalism
  • Provide coaching and leadership to a team of recruiters
  • Perform bi-annual performance reviews and assessments for direct reports

Requirements:


  • University degree or 3-year college diploma with a focus in computer science
  • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated recruiting experience in an agency setting or technical business environment within IT
  • Minimum of 2 years as a supervisor/manager for recruiters in the IT vertical
  • Proven track record of headhunting talent in the IT vertical
  • Excellent presentation, communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Highly proficient with office automation tools (MS Office) as well as the internet and various databases, both internal and external
