We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Huawei Technologies Canada Co., Ltd.

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to negotiating compensation packages and making hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Recruitment Process Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, source, and interview highly qualified candidates.
  2. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Utilize your expertise to identify and target niche technical roles, maintain a diverse candidate pool, and conduct talent mapping activities.
  3. Compensation Negotiation and Proposal: Negotiate compensation packages with candidates and create compelling proposals to support the hiring process.
  4. Document Management and Administration: Work closely with the recruitment coordinator to administer the approval process, collect and create candidate documentation, and maintain document management best practices.
  5. Consultative Hiring: Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the best hiring decisions are made in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  1. Technical Recruiting Experience: Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to quickly build relationships with hard-to-find candidates and communicate effectively with hiring managers.
  3. Detail-Oriented and Organized: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring managers simultaneously.
  4. Industry Knowledge and Best Practices: Passion for talent acquisition and up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
