Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team at Huawei Technologies Canada Co., Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, attracting and sourcing top talent, and conducting interviews to identify the best candidates for our open positions.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent, including niche roles.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Candidate Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Compensation Package Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages with candidates and create proposals to present to hiring managers.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of candidate information and recruitment processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the best hiring decisions are made in a timely manner.
- Event Participation: Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to promote our company and attract top talent.
- Technical Recruiting Experience: Proven experience in technical recruiting, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Results-Oriented: Ability to produce high-quality results working under minimal supervision, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of candidate information and recruitment processes.
- Industry Knowledge: Passionate about talent acquisition and up-to-date on industry best practices, with the ability to think innovatively and outside-the-box for talent attraction strategies.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools and technologies.
