Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Roots of Punjab Bar & Restaurant LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Revenue Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Staff Management: Recruit, supervise, and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the right products at the right time.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our staff and customers.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions:
- Permanent position.
- 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
