AWS Cloud Contact Center Engineer

Software International (SI) is seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Contact Center Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and configuring Amazon Connect solutions to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure Amazon Connect solutions, including omni-channel contact flows, routing and queues, prompts, user management, and more.
- Configure Contact Centre Configuration in Amazon Dynamo DB.
- Monitor and troubleshoot solutions using AWS CloudWatch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Amazon Connect through AWS Lambda.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to optimize Amazon Connect solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon Connect features and functionalities to continuously improve solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to contact centre operations teams and end users.
- Additional experience with Amazon S3, Amazon LEX, AWS Glue, and AWS IAM services is a plus.
- Prior contact center experience with Genesys development is highly desirable.
