About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team within Global Wealth and Asset Management Segment group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and support of AWS Connect and Contact Center modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and secure cloud-based solutions using AWS native services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and plan upcoming initiatives and roadmap items.
  • Develop and maintain reference architecture and reference implementation patterns.
  • Assist in developing new and revising governance processes to ensure alignment with the enterprise target state vision.
  • Present architecture and innovative ideas to executive leadership for alignment and key decision making.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of core programming experience in an enterprise environment utilizing Java.
  • Experience with AWS Connect and Contact Center modernization software engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, coding, testing, and supporting multiple AWS Connect implementations.
  • Practical experience with integrating AWS Connect and Salesforce CTI.
  • Proficiency with AWS native services such as EC2, S3, Cloudwatch, Autoscaling, Lambda, Lex, Polly, Kinesis, RDS, Contact Lens, Contact Control Panel (CCP), and DynamoDB.
  • Solid understanding of security protocols such as Oauth2, AuthN/AuthZ.
  • Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools such as AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Ansible, Chef, and Terraform.
  • Knowledge of TekVision or Cyara automated testing of call flows and call experience.
  • Experience in Agile scrum methodologies and experience of working in an Agile team.
