Position: ERP Implementation Specialist (Epicor)
Location: Remote
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 Yearly (depending on experience)
Industry: Manufacturing, Distribution, ERP, and Merchandising
Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain Epicor ERP solutions to meet specific organizational needs.
- Configure and customize Epicor ERP Software to optimize performance, efficiency, and user experience.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to ERP system functionality.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP technology.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree or Post-Secondary Education in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Epicor ERP is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP Software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Continuous learning mindset to keep abreast of ERP trends and advancements.
