**Your Role:**
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests feel welcome and valued.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, and handle room assignments and key cards.
- Manage guest requests and preferences, and ensure that they are met to the highest standard.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that our guests have a seamless experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.
**Requirements:**
- Fluency in English and French.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software.
