**Your Role:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, and handle room assignments and key cards.
  • Manage guest requests and preferences, and ensure that they are met to the highest standard.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that our guests have a seamless experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software.
