We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Rob Gill Personal Real Estate Corporation.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling appointments, and managing communication with clients and staff. They will also be in charge of compiling data and statistics, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory levels.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office, and experience with manual and computerized information filing systems. A strong understanding of transportation options is also necessary, as public transportation is available.

Area of Specialization

The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key areas of specialization include correspondence, reports and records, and invoicing.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week. The language of work is English, and the successful candidate will be required to speak fluently and accurately communicate with colleagues and clients.
