We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sukhi S Kang Personal Real Estate Corporation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Coordination
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
- Office Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency
- Communication and Correspondence
- Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
- Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
Work Environment
- Permanent position
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- Work Language: English
