About This Role

As an Optical Sales Professional, you will be responsible for cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty, and consistently delivering sales plans and company objectives. You will provide exceptional customer service by making connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences that result in high levels of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales plans and company objectives through effective customer engagement and relationship-building strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Ensure the appearance of the store is maintained at a high standard, with clean, attractive, and organized displays and inventory.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Embracing new technology and change with high accuracy
  • Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and drive to meet goals
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Self-motivation with demonstrated ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environments
