We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Professional to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Pandora @ Outlet Collection at Niagara.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Deliver outstanding sales results by building genuine connections with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our latest collections, trends, and product features to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Store Experience: Create an engaging and welcoming store environment that exceeds customer expectations, fostering loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
  • Maintaining Store Standards: Uphold merchandising and operational standards, ensuring a seamless and on-brand experience for customers.

Requirements
  • You must have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales results.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is essential for this role, as you will be required to work varied shifts, including extended periods of standing and lifting.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
