Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their day-to-day needs and concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records, including contact information and emergency contacts. Manage general office tasks, such as supplies, filing, and banking. Assist with accounts receivable, including reviewing reports, processing payments, and updating records. Coordinate with property managers to ensure timely rent collection and resolve any payment issues. Prepare and code invoices, and ensure timely approval and payment. Support marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with property managers and other team members to achieve property goals.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in commercial real estate administration (an asset)
  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Experience with property management software (an asset)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
