Salary and Benefits


The Accounts Payable Specialist position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, with additional benefits including access to company insurance after probation, 2-3 weeks of vacation, and a full-time schedule of 40 hours with flexibility.



Job Description


The successful candidate will be responsible for processing the company's accounts payable by validating the order and receipt of goods and services. This includes following up on project processing and validation of subcontractors, reconciling credit cards and validating expense accounts, producing documents required for processing contract terminations, and setting up administrative files related to insurance and occupational health and safety.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To be considered for this role, candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, professional or college-level accounting training, a good command of '3-way match', fluency in French and English, and strong organizational skills.
