We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at 14104552 CANADA INC. as a Bookkeeper.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll and Benefits: Process payroll, including calculating salaries, wages, and benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal tax returns.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office, and other accounting software.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Free Parking: Convenient parking available on site.
- Permanent Employment: Full-time position with a permanent employment contract.
- English Language: English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
- Hours of Work: 32 to 40 hours per week.
