Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Canada Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll and Accounts Payable: Process payroll and accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
