Job Title: Bookkeeper

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Canada Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
