At Canada Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, and preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, with a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience. A college or CEGEP education is required.

The Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Calculating and preparing cheques for payroll
  • Maintaining general ledgers and financial statements
  • Preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Preparing tax returns
  • Reconciling accounts
