Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

White Spot Terrace is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate and Control Costs: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective food preparation and service.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene in our kitchen and dining areas.
  • Communicate with Customers: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately record and maintain records of stock, sales, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on customer service.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
