Job Summary

BUBBLE LAND is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that food is presented in a visually appealing manner.
Work Environment

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide leadership and guidance to staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
