Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SJME Investments Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring financial efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
