Senior Construction Management Professional

**Job Summary**
Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled Senior Construction Manager to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results
- Manage and oversee site safety and security procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to track project progress and performance
- Analyze data and provide insights to optimize project execution, cost management, and customer satisfaction
- Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery
- Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the organization
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and other relevant tools
- Reliability Clearance and Secret Level Clearance eligibility; must obtain Reliability clearance within 1 year of hire date
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
