About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Victoria David. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Service: Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Supply Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables and take orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Supply Handling: Handle and store cleaning products and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Counter Attendant at Victoria David, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work in a physically demanding environment, and perform repetitive tasks. You will also be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet the demands of a busy food service environment.
